Welcome to Chesteei, a platform that empowers influencers, content creators, social media managers, and brands to connect, collaborate, manage campaigns, and streamline business processes.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Chesteei platform (the “Service”) operated by Chesteei Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Chesteei, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. User Roles

• Super Admin: Has full access to oversee platform activity, manage users, brands, contracts, and influencer activity.
• Influencers/Content Creators: Can manage content, contracts, brand collaborations, assign social media managers, and access tools.
• Social Media Managers: Can access influencer-assigned tools, schedule content, and execute assigned tasks with limited permissions.
• Brands: Can collaborate with influencers, generate contracts

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership & Licenses

• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload, including text, media, and brand assets. By submitting content, you grant Chesteei a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and promote the Service.
• Platform Content: All trademarks, logos, software, and platform features are owned by Chesteei Technologies and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the platform for spamming, phishing, or fraud.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

6. Contracts & Collaboration

Chesteei enables users to generate contracts and collaborate professionally. However, we are not a party to any agreements made between influencers and brands. We are not liable for any disputes, delays, or miscommunications arising from such agreements.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chesteei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Modifications

Chesteei may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
